Shadow Work + The Chakras is a guide to developing a deeper connection with self through the application of shadow work, chakra balancing, and yoga philosophy. This course explores the practice of self-acceptance through a different lens which invites us to look at ourselves as whole beings and offers sustainable tools for radical self-love.
You will learn how to apply the practice of shadow work and yogic teachings to your daily self-love practice through:
self-study, journaling, art, guided meditation, pranayama (breath work), chakra balancing guidance, and asana practice (yogic postures).
